Our friends met their son today!!

Hi all! Our good friends, the Lows, are in Ethiopia and just met their son today!! He is so precious and they posted Gotcha day photos on their blog :) Check out the precious pics here.

Loving the water

Micah is quite a little fish. He absolutely loves water! He even crawled for the first time all the way to the water at Zoombezi bay this past Thursday because scooting on his belly on concrete was a little too rough - I knew he could do it! He just needed that impetus. Now he's crawling on all fours everywhere...finally! He pulls himself up to things and is also now falling a lot more because of his new found movement.

Micah is about 11 months old now. We will celebrate his birthday next month sometime. His birthday is 9/14/08 - toddlerhood, here we come!!
